Last week saw the final session of Fizzpop Science club. Both groups, Key Stage 1 and 2, hosted their ‘Fizzpop Graduation ceremonies’, where each child was given a certificate and gift (UV invisible ink pens) to celebrate their successful completion of the course. They were also quizzed, in teams, to check what they had learned in the previous four sessions and prizes were awarded, based on points scored.
The club has been a big success and children have really enjoyed the opportunity to complete the exciting tasks. A big thank must go to the Fizzpop staff for all their hard work and enthusiasm, but also to Mrs Slater, who attended each Key Stage 1 session and Mrs Ord and Mrs Lucas, who helped organise the younger children before the sessions.
