As part of our new history topic, ‘Magnificent Monarchs’, we learned lots of new words and their definitions, such as monarch, reign and sovereign. We looked kings and queens and worked together to put them in chronological order to make a timeline, then compared different rulers to see who had the most power. We also found out lots of facts about royal residences and their significance in history.
