We are so proud of Year 6! They have been a joy to work with all year. Good luck on your next adventure.
It’s been hot!! To keep ourselves cool we had fun with the water learning about capacity, and even got our feet wet afterwards. We all dreamt of rainy days and did some lovely water colours of a wet day with a rainbow.
We are very lucky at our school to have some amazing sports stars but these children have been chosen as the stand out sports stars in their year group. They have won a free tickets to The Wave as part of The Commonwealth Games celebrations. We hope they all have lots of fun.
Year 3 had fun in forest school doing some ‘cave painting’. They talked about the sort of things people would have painted on walls in caves during the stone age. We did get mess but it was great!
Year 1S has been learning about seasons. We went into the school ‘orchard’ and picked up some fresh apples off the ground, and plums off the tree. Children talked about summer and we even tried some of the fruit! They were delicious!
Well done to the white team who are overall winners with 19 points. It was a close competition with the red team coming second with 18 points and the green and blue came joint third with 17 points. A huge thank you to Mr Hancock and Callum for organising seven sports days this year! We are sure you’ll agree, they
What a wonderful way to spend our final sports day at primary school! We were very proud of all the children for their efforts but also for embracing the day. You can see the enjoyment on their faces! A massive thank you to Mr Hancock and Callum for organising their seventh sports day this year!
