After the Year 6 team won their heat earlier in the year. We were invited back to the Hado Arena to participate in a Final!
The team knew it was going to be a difficult event going against all the previous champions. This didn`t faze the team and they couldn`t wait to compete. Winning their first couple of games with a last second winner.
After playing all of the schools in a round robin stage winning 7 and losing 2 games, Ernesford were announced in 2nd place and going through to the final against an unbeaten team. The children were delighted to be in the final and wanted to get revenge on the previous defeat to them.
They started fast going up by a couple of points. The points were shared around and in the final second, Ernesford got the all important point ensuring the gold medal for the team! An amazing achivement by the team! Well done Year 6!
