We have been focussing on words ending in -s, -es and longer words this week as well tricky words. In maths we have counting beyond 20 and developing strategies for counting larger groups and keeping track of what has and has not been counted. We have also been working on our number bonds to 10.

The final tournament for the Year 4 girls on the school games calendar and they were looking to finish their season in style. First up was Allesley and we got off to a great start winning 4-0! 2 goals each for Enya and Harper. The next game against Southfields and a 2-0 win with goals from Enya and Sara and
12 children from Year 4 were chosen to represent the school for orienteering at Rough Close. A great afternoon for the children to be working as a team using their map skills and communication to find the answers to the questions around the rough close site. The children had a great afternoon and represented the school brilliantly.
