This week we finished phase 2 sounds by learning -sh, -th, -ng and -nk and the new tricky words she, he and of. In maths we drew attention to the purpose of counting, the concept of 1:1 correspondence and developing their understanding of the ‘stopping number’ being the last number they stop at when counting.
