Today was an exciting day for our Year 6’s as we had Polar Explorer Simon in to tell us all about his adventures.
We learnt so many incredible things – some gruesome, some adorable – that we will be able to show off throughout our new topic, ‘Frozen Kingdoms’.
We also used a range of skills to find out about the Arctic and the Antarctic, including some incredible teambuilding exercises that surprised us all.
A huge thank you to Simon for all of his hard work, and a massive well done to all of our Year 6’s for their respect, resilience and contribution to our amazing day.
