Our topic, Evolution and Inheritance, has lead up to have some interesting predictions about survival of the fittest. We conducted an experiment with different types of food and various equipment, to see which type of equipment was best suited to get the most food! We tied this into Darwin’s theory about bird beaks and evolution.
The Year 3/4 girls’ football team took part in their first tournament of the school year at the AT7 Centre. The team showed great enthusiasm, determination, and teamwork throughout each match. They faced a tough start against a very strong Sacred Heart side. Ernesford took an early lead through goalkeeper Zara, but Sacred Heart responded with four goals, finishing 4–1

We have been asked to help by using our little bear to go on an adventure with and writing about it –
A huge thank you to Reverend John for coming and teaching Year 5 and 6 about Harvest and why it is important.
