What an exciting week we have had this week! We have completed some of our last phonics learning this week where we learnt root words that end in -er and -est. In maths we focussed on understanding of numbers to 10 and looked at making 10 using different resources in the 5 and a bit way. We started our mini topic ‘Moving On’ this week, this is because on Wednesday we got to meet our new teachers for year 1, we had a great time! During our topic lessons we have also been looking back at our favourite memories from reception and designed memory t-shirts and we completed some writing about what we are looking forward to in year 1. On Wednesday afternoon we all took part in sports day where we all had lots of fun, well done green team who won!
