Well done to all the year 4 children who took part in the two week swimming crash course, you worked so hard and you represented our school really well. Special shout outs to all the children who managed to swim 25 metres, especially those who started the course wearing swimming belts. Also, to those children who were scared on the

Year 5 shared the non-chronological reports they had written about being in year 4 with us. Then we read our non-chronological reports to the children in year 3.

Year 4 went into the halls and learning hubs and worked together to solve maths problems. We collected letters and tried to work out the secret message. The message was “Maths is fun in year 4.”

This week we have written non-chronological reports about Year 3. We went into the learning hubs to gather ideas before we planned and wrote our reports. We looked at the blogs from last year to help us. We are looking forward to sharing our writing with the children who are in year 3 now.

Thank you to all the children for making our year 4 Sports Day so much fun. Thank you also to all the adults who came to support us, the children loved having you all there cheering them on!

The children all had the best time at our overnight camp!

We all had a great time on our trip to Conkers where we took part in lots of fun activities!
