Key Stage 1 have been busy with their skills academy clubs. The children have all chosen their preferred club and as you can see from the photos they have been having lots of fun.

The children have been enjoying their PE lessons so far this term. Their Real PE focus in KS2 is footwork and sending and receiving. Here the year 3 children are using these skills and will learn to apply them to an invasion game.

We had stand up comedians, a magician, actors, dancers and a piano player. Many giggles were had by all!
We are very lucky at our school to have some amazing sports stars but these children have been chosen as the stand out sports stars in their year group. They have won a free tickets to The Wave as part of The Commonwealth Games celebrations. We hope they all have lots of fun.
Well done to the white team who are overall winners with 19 points. It was a close competition with the red team coming second with 18 points and the green and blue came joint third with 17 points.
