The Nursery children had great fun at their Christmas party! They danced, played games, ate party food and even got to meet Father Christmas!

This week as part of our mini project, ‘Sparkle and Shine’, the children brought in photos of different celebrations and shared them with the rest of the class. We talked about special foods eaten during celebrations and got to taste panettone (a special Italian cake, eaten at Christmas), which got a big thumbs up!

This week the focus has been on fairy tales with animals. We have done lots of activities based on ‘The Three Little Pigs’ and ‘The Three Billy Goats Gruff’.
