The children have used various percussion instruments to play to accompany a piece of music. They had to keep to a rhythm and play their instrument at the right time and work together to create a collaborative piece. Well done Year 3!

As part of our Frozen Kingdoms work this term, Year 6 are looking at the impact on the environment of climate change and plastic pollution. They studied the work of environmental artists before trying to create their own.
This week Year 6 began to investigate the problems associated with plastic especially its role in ocean pollution. They linked this to the work of environmental artists and produced their own digital pieces of work.
The children had fun investigating 2D shape this week. They printed some fantastic snowmen using circles, oblongs, squares and triangles. We went on a shape hunt outdoors and had fun playing a game where we had to feed the shape monsters the correct shape!
