This was our first week in Reception! We have learnt the rules and routines, the school values and classroom expectations. We have played phase 1 phonics games, maths games, we have read The Colour Monster and discussed how to share our feelings. We have shared likes, dislikes and hobbies and enjoyed exploring all the areas in Reception. During story time we have read Starting School, A Letter from your Teacher, The Smartest Giant in Town, Room on the Broom and sang along to nursery rhymes. What a busy first week!
