Turns out that staying up ALL night left us feeling very tired the next day but it was definitely worth it.

We carried out our own experiment to test our resting heart rate and heart rate after exercise.
As part of our science topic, we made our own blood so we could see the different elements: red blood cells, white blood cells and the plasma. We then tested how quickly blood flows and whether there is a difference of blood flow between the arteries, veins and capillaries. Then clogging the arteries with Vaseline highlighted the importance of leading
