In Year 5, our Design and Technology project has been to create something that utilises pneumatics. Using tubing and two syringes, we were able to create a simple pneumatic system to push and pull. The children worked excellently in groups to create their own unique creations.
Utilising the Learning Hub space, Year 5 have been setting up boards for each other to test their knowledge of multiples, factors, prime and square numbers. Two children went head to head to find the numbers first!
Children worked in teams to create a den. They used pegs and mallets and made sure that their den was big enough for all of them to fit!

Children in year 1 have been learning about the colour wheel. They have mixed the three primary colours together to make secondary colours. They then created art work by using different textured rollers, and folding painted paper in half.
