The Year 5 dodgeball team started this years competitions in excellent fashion by representing us incredible well at the AT7 on Tuesday morning. The values dodgeball competition focused on Teamwork, Respect and Honesty. The teams competed really well in each game, making sure they demonstrated the values in every game. A big well done to those children involved. We are
6M and 6W made their own blood samples using various ingredients to replicate the 4 main components of blood as part of their lessons on the circulatory system.
2S really enjoyed zooming around the playground on the two and three wheeled scooters. They even had a scooter disco at the end!
We had fun mixing primary colours in different ways… we folded paper and used the rollers to create different colours and patterns.
As part of our mini project, ‘Sparkle and Shine’ this week, we have been thinking about different celebrations, including Halloween, Diwali and Bonfire Night. Nursery had great fun in PE using the ribbons to make firework patterns. The children also enjoyed creating fantastic firework pictures using paint and glitter.

This week, Year 4 had the fantastic opportunity to ride scooters and learn about keeping safe while riding. Even though it rained, we had a brilliant time!
