Fireworks!

Our new topic for this half term is called ‘Is it shiny?’ So today we decided to make firework pictures. We spoke about how fireworks sound and what colours they are. We dipped tubes in paint and added glitter to make our pictures all shiny and sparkly. We hope you like them!

Hand print homework!

The children really enjoyed showing and talking about their hand print homework, during circle time. We spoke about who has the biggest hand print and who has the smallest. Some of the children also shared what their grown ups do for them at home.

We had fun making hedgehogs out of play dough. We also used googly eyes and sticks for their spikes. We hope you like our work!

Baking

We had fun baking heart shaped cookies. We mixed all the ingredients together and then used the cookie cutter to make a heart shape out of the dough. We put them in the oven to bake. When they cooled we had fun decorating them using icing and sprinkles.

Summer Party

We had lots of fun at our summer party! We started by completing the inflatable obstacle course out on the field, which we really enjoyed! We then had an ice lolly to cool us down. After, we went back to Nursery where we enjoyed playing on our ‘beach’ making sand castles, and getting our feet wet, in our paddling pools.
