Our year 6 sports leaders having been supporting on the Key Stage 1 playground and helping Mr Hancock and Mr Burgess with their lunchtime clubs.

We have been investigating a new adding strategy where we add to the next 10 and then on from there. We used a tens frame and counters first, then tried to represent it on a number line afterwards.
Over the past few weeks we have been using our Forest School skills of teamwork and tool use to sculpt our very own wooden mallets.
